Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and Vibe Frontier, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company that operates as Vibe Frontier (“we” and “us”). By using this site or buying a product from us, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy from us.
The site and our products
Vibe Frontier is an independent product studio. This site describes who we are and lists our products. Our current product is Every Dice, an exact D&D 5e dice, damage, and hit-chance calculator that also makes fictional hero cards from public X handles; the calculator and a first hero are free, and extra heroes and hero remakes are paid. Every Dice is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. A product may show additional terms where you use or buy it; those apply together with these.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars at checkout, and you pay the full price at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and by paying you also agree to Stripe’s terms for payers. We do not receive or store your full card number. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where we suspect fraud or a pricing error, and will refund any amount charged for it.
Refunds and questions
If something went wrong with an order, or you would like a refund, write to us through the contact form and include the details of your order. We review each request and reply through the contact details you give us. An approved refund goes back to your original payment method through Stripe. The same form is the way to ask any other question about an order or these terms.
Using the site
Use the site and our products lawfully. Do not interfere with them, try to gain unauthorized access, send automated or abusive traffic, or use them to harm others. We may restrict access if you do.
Ownership
The site, our products, and their content belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use them for their intended purpose. Anything you send us through the contact form remains yours, and you allow us to use it to respond to you.
No warranty
The site and our products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Results from a calculator are for gaming and entertainment and are not professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the site or a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date; using the site or buying from us after that means you accept the update. How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy. To reach us, use the contact form.
