Who we are
This site is run by Vibe Frontier, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company that operates as Vibe Frontier, an independent product studio. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Vibe Frontier, LLC.
What we collect
Contact form. If you write to us through the form at vibefrontier.com/#contact, we receive the name, email address, optional organization, and message you submit. We use them only to review and respond to your inquiry, including questions about orders and refunds.
Security and abuse prevention. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated traffic. Cloudflare also delivers this site, so it processes ordinary request data such as IP address and browser details. We may use technical details of a form submission to limit abuse.
Cookies and tracking. This site has no advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking scripts, and it does not use cookies to track visitors. Cloudflare may set cookies or similar storage when it delivers the site or runs its security check.
Payments
Purchases of our products are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you pay, you give your payment details to Stripe on its checkout page; we do not receive or store your full card number. Stripe tells us the result of the payment and the order details we need to fulfil it and answer questions about it. Stripe’s handling of your information is described in its own privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
How we use and share information
We use information to run the site, respond to messages, deliver and support what you buy, keep our services secure, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us do these things, such as Stripe, Cloudflare, and our email delivery provider, and where the law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the conversation. We keep order and payment records as long as needed for support, accounting, and tax obligations.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Use the contact form and tell us what you need. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Our products
Each product we run, such as Every Dice, may collect the information it needs to work, and that product’s own pages describe what it collects. This policy covers www.vibefrontier.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Our terms are on the terms page.
