Help shape what should exist.

The fastest way to understand property work is to examine a real workflow with the people responsible for it. Vibe Frontier wants to hear from operators, homeowners, professionals, domain experts, and strategic partners who know where the record breaks down.

Who we want to meet

Firsthand knowledge matters

  1. 01

    Owners and operators

People responsible for a small property portfolio who can walk through maintenance intake, approvals, resident communication, vendor coordination, and the failures that create avoidable work.

  2. 02

    Homeowners and professionals

People who have managed a substantial home project—or helped deliver one—and can show how quotes, revisions, judgment, evidence, and warranties move between participants.

  3. 03

    Domain and systems partners

Property managers, contractors, reviewers, advisors, and technology teams interested in one bounded handoff rather than a vague promise to integrate everything.

  4. 04

    Strategic partners

Investors and company builders who understand workflow software, property operations, trustworthy automation, or the discipline required to test one bounded opportunity before expanding it.

A useful first brief

Concrete before comprehensive

Bring one workflow—or one testable thesis

The most useful conversation starts with a recent example: what triggered the work, which source material mattered, who had authority, where context changed hands, and how everyone knew the job was actually closed.

For a strategic conversation, start with the precise opportunity you see, the evidence that would strengthen or disprove it, the perspective or capability you bring, and any interest that should be explicit from the outset.

Boundary
One repeated workflow with a clear beginning, decision owner, and end state.
Evidence
The documents, messages, approvals, corrections, and completion artifacts already used today. Do not send private records through the public form.
Failure
Where delay, duplication, ambiguity, or missing context changes the outcome or consumes attention.
Authority
Which decisions can be prepared by software, which require a person, and what must trigger escalation.
